About the Role

This vital role will entail planning, coordinating, and executing the onboarding program with internal stakeholders, taking ownership of it. You will foster robust relationships with hiring managers and departments, ensuring a streamlined and efficient onboarding experience aligned with company standards.

The goal is to promote engagement and retention from offer acceptance to the first 90 days. To achieve this, you will develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials, checklists, and documentation reflecting the latest company policies, procedures, and resources.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, seamlessly integrating onboarding within broader HR processes and policies. Additionally, you will monitor and track new employees' progress post-offer through their onboarding process to ensure consistent communication and follow-up via associated technologies, completion of all necessary trainings, and any corporate or country-specific requirements.
