Lead Clinical Database Programmer

This role is focused on creating clinical databases in Rave to support data collection in clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database management and be able to drive post-production changes in Rave studies to ensure compliance with protocol amendments.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the creation of clinical databases in Rave to support data collection in clinical trials.
  • Drives post-production changes in Rave studies to ensure compliance with protocol amendments.
  • Communicates with data management team and study management teams throughout all the study start-up/post-production activities to ensure team needs are understood and met.
  • Adhere to client standards and global library for study setup.
  • Perform study database testing which include eCRF, derivation, dynamics, edit check and custom function testing.
  • Perform other technical duties as requested.
  • Ensure Adherence to Client SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure).
  • Participate in and lead internal initiatives e.g. process improvement and identifying best practices.
  • Attend Teleconference with client study manager for study start-up and provide updates on the progress of assigned tasks.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor or post-graduate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
