Job Overview

We're looking for a seasoned software engineer with expertise in MERN stack technologies to join our distributed team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, optimized code that meets the needs of our clients.

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience writing complex software applications using the MERN stack. Your skills should include GraphQL, gRPC protocol, MySQL/RDS, GitHub, JIRA & AWS, and Jest. Additionally, you should be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, as well as AI/ML concepts.

About the Role
  • Demonstrated expertise with MERN stack technologies.
  • Proven experience as an efficient, expert software engineer.
  • Able to create architectural patterns for large, scalable web applications.
  • Experience with GraphQL and gRPC protocols.
  • Experience with MySQL/RDS, GitHub, JIRA & AWS.
  • Ability to write Unit Tests for your work using Jest.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and interest in developing AI-driven features.
Tech Stack
  • Front end: ReactJS.
  • Back end services: TypeScript, using frameworks such as Koa, Express, Typegoose, etc.
  • Storage layer: MySQL & MongoDB.
  • Development tools: JIRA, GitHub, Slack.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop high-quality, optimized code that meets client needs.
  2. Participate in daily stand-up meetings on Zoom.
  3. Collaborate with the existing team.
  4. Share knowledge and experience.
  5. Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews.
  6. Enforce software engineering best practices.
