Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and guarantee the quality of existing systems.
  • Lead the execution of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure superior outcomes.
  • Translate client needs into effective test plans using both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough quality assurance across the development lifecycle.
  • Work effectively with all departments to ensure quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience (6-8 years) in Software Quality Assurance Testing and strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes. Familiarity with Agile processes.
  • Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Strong documentation skills for creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports ensuring thorough test coverage based on project requirements

Additional Requirements:

  • Basic SQL and API Tool knowledge (Postman/SOAP)
  • Ability to organize and plan work independently
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
  • Understanding of the Capital Markets/Finance Domain.
  • Lending Domain knowledge and familiarity with commercial lending products like ACBS/LoanIQ.
