Responsibilities:

  • Customize and configure Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to meet client needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Zoho Creator apps.
  • Integrate Zoho products with third-party applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Google Workspace).
  • Automate workflows, create custom modules, and build reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated with Zoho's latest features and releases.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, and other Zoho applications.
  • Strong skills in Zoho Deluge scripting.
  • Experience with third-party integrations using APIs.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zoho Flow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-first approach.
  • Certification in Zoho development (preferred).
