We are seeking a skilled Café Specialist to join our team at Manifest Hospitality in the Greater Delhi Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring seamless operations of the coffee bar.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to meet customer needs
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including the coffee bar
* Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Barista and food preparation skills, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing personalized experiences
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
* Prior experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required

Salary Range

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₹250,000 - ₹350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
