UX/UI Design Opportunity

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative digital products.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Webflow, Figma, and user-centered design principles. They will be responsible for designing intuitive and interactive user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring product concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Webflow.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, accessible user interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web or mobile applications).
  • An impressive portfolio that highlights your UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
