Leading banking institutions require a seasoned IT Audit Manager to deliver comprehensive audit assignments, develop risk-based frameworks and engage in advisory roles to support strategic IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver multiple IT audit assignments including application audits, security assessments vendor audits and regulatory submissions
  • Develop the Risk-Based Audit Framework aligning with RBI regulations and ISO 27001 standards
  • Manage and liaise with external audit partners to optimize audit efficiency and reduce costs
  • Establish and maintain a Quality Assurance program facilitating internal and external quality evaluations
  • Engage in advisory roles to provide expert support for IT projects on risk management and internal controls
Requirements:
  • 5-12 years of experience in IT auditing preferably in BFSI sectors
  • CISA certification CISM/CRISC/CISSP certifications highly desirable
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of key RBI circulars and industry regulations
  • Project and relationship management skills including team leadership experience
  • Critical thinking analytical skills and data handling proficiency
  • High energy passion and self-motivation with strong presentation skills and time management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate as part of a high-performing team
  • Willingsness to travel as required
