Job Title: Transport Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transport Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end transport coverage, providing efficient and cost-effective transport services to clients, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle movements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely arrival and departure of vehicles, and monitor kilometre readings for documentation purposes
  • Verify staff boarding and pick-up times, and ensure only authorized personnel are picked up
  • Maintain a 24/7 transport helpdesk, providing call logging services and handling queries and concerns
  • Monitor and report cases of speeding and other incidents to the Transport Helpdesk
  • Fulfill log book requirements upon arrival at client sites, excluding excess mileage

Requirements:

  • A strong drive toward excellence, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Graduate degree from any discipline, with 3-5 years experience in transport management in a BPO setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Solid background in developing and monitoring improvement programs
