About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving student acquisition and revenue growth. As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads via phone and email to consult potential students on how our programs can help them launch into a high-growth career.

You will build and manage a pipeline of leads, provide customized information to interested students, and guide learners through the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication, listening, and critical thinking skills, as well as experience using CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting warm leads via phone and email to consult potential students

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience
  • Excellent communication, listening, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience using CRM software
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets in international Edtech markets
