We're looking for a skilled Procurement Systems Analyst who can optimize our workflows, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, and collaborate with other departments to implement system improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing analysis and optimization of procurement processes to enhance productivity and compliance
  • Development and maintenance of performance tracking systems, including dashboards and reports
  • Compliance monitoring and addressing any issues that arise
  • Cross-functional collaboration to implement system improvements and resolve technical issues
  • Leadership and participation in project teams to drive successful project execution and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Training and support to colleagues on system functionality, best practices, and process optimization strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP and related technologies
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and integration across various departments
  • Experience working in agile environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities and delivering results efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
