We are seeking an experienced and skilled chess educator to join our team as a mentor for children aged 6-16.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging online chess lessons to students of various skill levels.
  • Conduct interactive sessions, encouraging creativity and critical thinking among students.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Create a fun and supportive learning environment that fosters growth and motivation among students.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in teaching chess and experience working with children.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi.
  • A laptop with a stable internet connection is essential for this role.

Compensation Structure:

The compensation package varies depending on the time slot and number of sessions:

  • 9 PM - 1 AM: ₹165 per session + ₹80 per demo (1-25 Sessions), ₹200 per session + ₹100 per demo (26-60 Sessions), ₹250 per session + ₹125 per demo (61-80 Sessions), ₹300 per session + ₹150 per demo (81+ Sessions)
  • 11 AM - 4 PM: ₹125 per session + ₹75 per demo (1-25 Sessions), ₹150 per session + ₹100 per demo (26-60 Sessions), ₹200 per session + ₹125 per demo (61-80 Sessions), ₹250 per session + ₹150 per demo (81+ Sessions)
  • 3 AM - 8 AM: ₹200 per session + ₹100 per demo (1-25 Sessions), ₹250 per session + ₹125 per demo (26-60 Sessions), ₹300 per session + ₹150 per demo (61-80 Sessions), ₹350 per session + ₹175 per demo (81+ Sessions)

Guaranteed Minimum Pay:

For normal hours: ₹4000 INR (Month 1), ₹8000 INR (Month 2), ₹12000 INR (Month 3 onwards) For extended hours: ₹5500 INR (Month 1), ₹10500 INR (Month 2), ₹16000 INR (Month 3 onwards)
