About the Position

This role is a key contributor to our finance team, responsible for financial reporting and consolidation.

The successful candidate will have expertise in accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting. They will report directly to the Finance Controller and be part of a dynamic team that drives business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards (Standalone and Consolidated IFRS).
  • Consolidation: Ensuring timely completion of consolidation as per timelines given by head quarters.
  • Reconciliation: Responsible for related party balance confirmation and elimination for consolidation process.
  • Statutory Audit: Completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit activity on time.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare reports and analyze all metrics for all financial plans.
  • Accounting Standards: Ensuring that new accounting pronouncements are appropriately applied by the various entities within the organization.
  • Management Reports: Preparation of various Management reports. Provide effective analysis of monthly P&L, B/S, Cash flow to Finance Controller and CFO.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must hold a CA degree.
  • Minimum 6-8 years PQE in a MNC Group / similar experience with one of the top-rated audit firms.

Required Skills:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
  • Financial Reporting Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting.
  • GAAP and IFRS: Experience with GAAP and IFRS standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Digital Financial Solutions: Experience in digital financial MIS solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to drive process improvements.
