About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an expert in IBM iSeries technology to showcase their skills in software development. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in programming languages such as RPGLE, CL, and ILE.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and debug programs using SEU and PDM editors
  • Develop and implement web services, XML, HTML, and JavaScript solutions
  • Design and implement database systems and integrate them with existing applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in IBM AS400 iSeries platform
  • Hands-on experience in RPG/CL programming
  • Proficiency in Integrated Language Environment (ILE) and Service Programs
  • Knowledge of Spool files, iSeries Navigator, and Integrated File System (IFS)
  • Able to handle client requirements and create design documents
