AI Data Rater

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AI Data Rater. As a key contributor to shaping the "brain" of our AI, you will play a vital role in creating, reviewing, and refining high-quality data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STEM, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. You will work closely with our STEM Lead and team to ensure consistency in data creation and evaluation processes.

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Create and refine high-quality data, including detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for STEM problems across various difficulty levels.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, pedagogical soundness, and adherence to specific instructions.
  • Apply deep knowledge in STEM to assess complex problems, verify solutions, and develop alternative approaches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in STEM or a closely related field from a premier institution.
  • Demonstrable academic excellence, either during the course or in a national-level competitive examination at any level.
  • Deep subject expertise across a wide range of topics within your subject, covering syllabi for competitive exams and major undergraduate curricula.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, concisely, and accurately.
