  • Conduct thorough analyses of training feedback and incorporate it into subsequent trainings.">
  • Provide strategic direction for the STEM program in alignment with current educational policies.">
  • Craft detailed program frameworks, teaching plans, and workshop modules.">
  • Enhance the Resource Centre by developing subject-specific resource materials.">
  • Regularly update resources based on action research or academic reading and writing.">
  • Conceptualize, design, and conduct research projects on a regular basis.">
  • Plan and provide on-site support to selected teachers in schools.">

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.">
  • M.Sc. (Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry), B.Ed or an equivalent degree.">
