Cloud Infrastructure Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.

You will partner closely with our development teams and product managers to architect and build features that meet our business requirements. This includes developing innovative ways to measure, monitor, and report application and infrastructure health.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure. You should also have experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Partner with development teams to architect and build features that meet business requirements
  • Develop innovative ways to measure, monitor, and report application and infrastructure health
  • Maintain deep knowledge of cloud computing platforms and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure architecture
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred
