Lead Agile Transformation

As a seasoned Agile Practitioner, you will lead the adoption of agile methodologies across multiple teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your expertise in lean and agile principles will drive meaningful change and improve team performance.

About the Role:

  • Lead cross-functional teams through agile transformations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement agile frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Evaluate and optimize agile practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to teams, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.
  • Establish key metrics to measure agile maturity and track progress over time.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT industry, with 3-4 years in Agile Project Management.
  • Proven expertise in Agile Methodologies, Lean Principles, and Scrum Frameworks.
  • Active certification in CSM, PSM-I/II/III, SAFe, LeSS, or RTE is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Atlassian JIRA, MS ADO, Confluence, SharePoint, Rally, and Excel is desirable.
  • Knowledge of design thinking and systems thinking is an asset.
