Job Title : Electrical and Instrumentation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Manager to lead our team in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our plant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs and optimize system performance.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities, including procurement of materials and services.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, preferably in a similar industrial setting.
  • Proven experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module and PLC programming.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation principles, including safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
