Data Analyst Job Description
Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys to clients on internal and external platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather project requirements, assessment/simulation setup, and delivery, including reporting setup and delivery, designing scoring, and generating results.
  2. Collate scores from different tools to maintain a database.
  3. Analyse scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  4. Create dashboards using MS Power Apps, Tableau, or Power BI.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office:
    • MS Excel: Text functions (CONCATENATE, TRIM), Math functions (CEILING, RANDBETWEEN,), Statistical functions (COUNTA, COUNTIF), Information functions (ISBLANK, ISERROR), Multiple Lookups, Pivot tables, and creating charts.
    • Presentation Tools: Should be well-versed with basic tool functionalities for creating, editing, and formatting presentations. Should be able to construct/modify a table in a Presentation using Excel interface.
    • MS PowerPoint: Usage of features like Slide orientation, Transition and timing, PDF conversion, and Backgrounds and layouts.
    • MS Word:- Should be able to format a table, add a cover page, adjust margins, convert text to a table, and back.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions like mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.
  • Business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent in the English language.
