Job Description

The role of a Senior SAP Administration Analyst is crucial in ensuring the effective operation of the SAP systems environment. This position oversees the daily management of the database, hardware, and peripherals interfacing within the SAP system.

  • Technical Design and Implementation of Global SAP Projects
  • SAP System Monitoring and Support
  • Setup and Administration of SAP Print Services and Queues
  • Coordination of SAP System Performance and Capacity Planning
Key Responsibilities

This position involves key responsibilities such as SAP System Installations and Version Upgrades, Management of Corrections and Transport Systems (CTS), and Change Management Process. The role also requires support for all aspects of SAP Management.

The Senior SAP Administration Analyst will ensure maximum system utilization and availability by performing various duties, including taking the lead on upgrade and maintenance projects. Close collaboration with business application staff is essential to improve process performance and reliability of production systems.

Conducting rigorous performance, reliability, and capacity testing on new applications prior to live implementation is another crucial responsibility. Additionally, maintaining disaster recovery documentation, participating in Disaster Recovery Testing, and supporting and investigating change requests to system functionality are integral parts of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent technical skills in SAP system administration, database management, and hardware configuration are necessary for this position. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also required.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues is essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is also necessary.
