as a key player in our organization, you will spearhead the development and launch of a real-money gaming platform.

your primary responsibilities will include architecting and building the core system from scratch, designing scalable and low-latency systems for handling real-time game states and payments, and overseeing the development and review of critical code for core services such as game engines, wallets, matchmaking, and leaderboards.

furthermore, you will be tasked with building and leading a high-performance engineering team, owning architecture, devops, security, infrastructure, and performance strategy, ensuring game integrity, compliance, and scalability as we scale to millions of users.

this role requires an individual with experience in the gaming or real-money gaming domain, preferably with 5-10 years of full-stack/backend experience, prior startup exposure, and hands-on expertise in java stack.

additional requirements include experience with aws/gcp, microservices, socket-based systems, and scalable infrastructure, as well as the ability to balance execution with architectural thinking, having hired and mentored strong engineers, and thriving in early-stage chaos.
