Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled web developer to build and manage our marketing web properties. The successful candidate will work closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.
You'll collaborate with our team to produce engaging online experiences for our leads and customers. This includes working with in-house designers to develop web pages and landing page concepts, as well as monitoring site performance and running regular audits.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design. They should also be familiar with design tools such as Figma and have experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
In addition to technical skills, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to follow deadlines, and possess an exceptional portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
