Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Splunk App Monitoring Support specialist include:

  • Monitoring Splunk dashboard to identify potential issues.
  • Setting up new alerts and modifying existing alerts based on requirement.
  • Analyzing alerts for trends and impacts and working with the respective team for application improvement.
  • Coordinating with Tech-ops team and following the application team to implement preventive measures.
  • Documenting incidents tickets with resolutions and preventive measures.
  • Monitoring application performance through monitoring dashboard splunk logs and raising ticket with application team for issue resolution.

This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure optimal system reliability.
