Semiconductor Packaging Specialist

This is a critical role that requires leadership and technical expertise to drive excellence in semiconductor assembly operations. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of semiconductor packaging processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield and efficiency.
- Monitor key process parameters and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with equipment engineers to qualify, calibrate, and stabilize tools and processes.
- Conduct thorough failure analysis and root cause investigation to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Materials, or related Engineering field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor assembly/test, ATMP, or OSAT environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least one core process area (Wire Bonding, Die Attach, Molding, WLP, Fan-out, etc.).
- Proven track record in yield improvement and process stabilization.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
