**About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Accounts Receivable department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate application of cash payments from customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with various internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the cash application process.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Post daily receipts, wires, ACH checks, and credit debit memos in a timely manner to maintain accurate accounts receivable balances
  2. Communicate with customer collections and business partners to obtain remittance details
  3. Reconcile large amounts of data and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the cash application process
  5. Meet monthly productivity goals and provide timely reporting to management

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies, or other related areas
  • 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately apply cash payments
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
