">Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development and maintenance of complex software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in product-level knowledge on Genesys OnPrem// Amazon Connect.

In this role, you will provide support for P1 and P2 issues, communicate with the team and stakeholders, and work with Optum SMEs and developers to identify and fix issues.

You will also mentor L1 and L2 teams for any issues they need help and guidance, identify potential issues in the platform, and propose fixes/solutions with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Genesys Level 3 Production Support
  • Good understanding and troubleshooting skills set on following Genesys On Prem areas
  • SIP Server experience
  • Orchestration server experience
  • Rules Engine and GRAT experience
  • Funtionality and troubleshooting areas
