We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Butler to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited. As a Cyber Butler, you will be responsible for providing L0 support for Jio CPE infrastructure in hotels, including Trident and Oberoi hotel.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing L0 support for Jio CPE infrastructure in hotels
  • Supporting Resident and Non-Resident Guests
  • Supporting Hotel Staff for Team Internet
  • Assisting with Wi-Fi for Events/Conferences
  • First point of contact for troubleshooting WiFi network related incidents
  • Escorting Field/Jio engineers during incident/project work
  • Ensuring periodic WiFi audits for Guest Rooms

Qualification and Work Experience:

  • Qualification: B.Sc. / BE / B Tech
  • Work experience: 1-3 Years
  • CCNA trained Preferred
  • Excellent communications skill to handle premium users
  • Promptness and Discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-groomed as per Hospitality industry standard
