This is a pivotal role where you will spearhead the development of server-side applications. Your task will be to design and implement secure, scalable APIs and services that underpin complex business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement backend services using Python or Node.js, leveraging frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, Express, and NestJS.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth2, and SSO, to guarantee robust security.
  • Optimize backend performance through caching, query tuning, and async processing techniques.
  • Build modular, reusable, and testable backend code, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Deploy applications in cloud environments, working closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure backend security, reliability, and scalability, driving business success.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong programming experience in Python or Node.js, with expertise in relevant frameworks and libraries.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), with knowledge of ORM tools like SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, Prisma, and TypeORM.
  • Understanding of API best practices, including versioning, throttling, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming and strong debugging and optimization skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Celery.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and exposure to DevOps tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Previous experience in ERP/CRM/PLM/enterprise workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of backend development experience in enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to deliver secure and scalable systems.
