">- As a Digital Content Developer and Curator, you will design and deliver outcome-focused eLearning and certifications that empower partners to position, sell, and implement solutions.
About the Role:
">This role blends creative content development, LMS/Partner Portal management, and data-driven insights to ensure learning content makes a real impact.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop engaging eLearning solutions and certifications for partner enablement.
- Create, curate, and manage digital content using authoring tools, LMS, and partner portals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning content with business needs.
- Analyze content performance and generate actionable insights and reports.
- Continuously improve learning assets based on feedback and data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or content development for global audiences.
- Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and LMS platforms.
- Strong instructional design, multimedia, and content curation skills.
- Analytical mindset to measure content impact (Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in global teams.
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related fields.
