Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in functional testing, test automation, and agile QA practices. Strong domain knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is required.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Domain Expertise: Duck Creek Policy Admin System (P&C / Commercial / Specialty Insurance)
  • Testing Expertise: Manual & Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, Exploratory Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Testing
  • Test Automation & Agile Practices: Strong understanding of agile methodologies and shift-left testing
  • Experience with Jira workflows and test management plugins
  • Proficiency in defect tracking, resolution, and verification before UAT/production

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and use cases to define test strategies and execution plans
  • Validate system configurations and ensure alignment with product requirements
  • Identify and focus testing efforts on high-risk areas to prevent defect leakage
  • Ensure early defect detection and shift-left testing implementation
