Job Title: Front-End Developer

As a front-end developer at our healthcare technology company, you will be part of a collaborative team that creates seamless user interfaces for patients and healthcare providers.

  • We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Django's template language to generate dynamic HTML content and create high-quality web applications.

Our ideal candidate has experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as knowledge of class-based views to organise application logic.

You will work closely with back-end teams to integrate user interfaces with server-side logic and implement data storage solutions using Django ORM.

We value security features in Django (e.g., XSS protection, CSRF protection) and require the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design, build, and maintain high-quality front-end components.
  2. Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate user interfaces with server-side logic.
  3. Implement and maintain data storage solutions using Django ORM.
  4. Manage RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end components.
  5. Orientate applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  6. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent user experiences.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance application performance.
  8. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Django ORM for efficient database handling.
  • Mastery of Django's template language for generating dynamic HTML content.
  • Familiarity with Django REST framework for building Web APIs.
  • Knowledge of class-based views to organise application logic.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of security features in Django (e.g., XSS protection, CSRF protection).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Please note that a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred but not required.
