Senior Cloud Architect

We are seeking experienced engineers who can design scalable systems while maintaining a startup mindset. Our company values fast, data-driven innovation.

The Observability team needs skilled engineers in cloud-native design, legacy maintenance, and SRE best practices. We collaborate across departments to ensure platforms and services are production-ready, contributing to both platform and software codebases.

  • We seek a DevOps Engineer to help grow our systems into best-in-class for efficiency, stability, observability, velocity, and scale in the e-commerce space.
  • This engineer will join our team to design, build, and maintain the system/software proactively, collaborating with product and engineering teams from Day 1.
  • This role involves influencing the design and architecture of the system as part of the Cloud Enablement journey, while maintaining critical pieces of Legacy Tools.
  • This engineer will work with software engineers and platform Engineers to optimize and develop repeatable systems for both sides to leverage each other.
  • This role offers a wide range of opportunities to guide broad conversations and dive into the nuance of our code & architecture.
  • This engineer will help service owners build realistic Service Level Objectives (SLOs), set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and error budgets, and ensure production services have reliability built into their design.
  • This role requires providing production support and creatively solving challenging engineering problems across our stack.
  • This engineer will participate in a shared on-call schedule managed across Engineering.
  • This role involves automating repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and reduce human error.
  • Mentor new hires and other engineers by example, tech talks, paired programming, and other avenues to increase technical efficiency across the organization.
