Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver instructional programs in pharmaceutical subjects such as Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, and related fields.
  • Design curricula, create lesson plans, and implement experiments to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Supervise and guide students in research projects and academic initiatives, providing mentorship and support.
  • Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and other assessments.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and research projects.
  • Contribute to the publication of scholarly articles and conference presentations, advancing knowledge in the field.
  • Provide guidance on academic and career development to students.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including university and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications:
  • A master's or doctoral degree in a pharmaceutical field is preferred.
  • Teaching or industry experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of the latest developments in pharmaceutical education and research is advantageous.
Responsibilities Summary:

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of recovery tools, legal procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Education Requirements:
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Substantial experience in retail collections, preferably in home loans and loan against property products, is desired.
