Seeking a linguistic expert to bridge the communication gap between technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) and English, with some exposure to software development concepts.

• Provide language expertise (Mandarin) for translation, interpretation, and review of technical/business documents.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on communication and project requirements.
• Support documentation and validation activities in Chinese and English.
• Offer insights into local context and nuances to ensure deliverable accuracy.
• If technically capable, assist in reviewing technical documents or specifications.

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Prior experience in translation, analysis, or support roles.
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), tools, or IT projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Available during morning IST hours on weekdays.
