About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in developing intelligent systems using Generative AI models.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying large language models combined with efficient document retrieval and indexing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions utilizing state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies.
  • Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines leveraging LangChain or similar frameworks.
  • Create connectors for ingestion, indexing, and semantic search using Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Vespa, or Weaviate.
  • Design and maintain vector stores and document indexing pipelines for performant, context-aware information retrieval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI features into products and services.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune open-source and proprietary LLMs as needed.
  • Document best practices, architecture decisions, and technical guides.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Generative AI, RAG, LangChain, and modern search database technologies.
  • Strong background in software development and system design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
