Strategic Content Manager Role

This is a leadership position that focuses on streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency within the content team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization and Improvement:
    • Design, implement, and continuously optimize processes to ensure smooth running of the content team.
    • Develop standardized workflows and processes that ensure consistency and quality while addressing specific needs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points in the content delivery process and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Content Alignment and Operational Cadence:
    • Work closely with the global content team to align regional content planning workflows with global strategies and priorities.
    • Establish operational frameworks to ensure timely and high-quality content support to internal customers.
    • Ensure that content-related issues are quickly identified, addressed, and resolved.
  • Project Management and Planning:
    • Develop and manage a robust operational cadence for content delivery across regions, including regular meetings and progress reviews.
    • Build and optimize the content planning cadence to ensure synchronization with global content release schedules and product updates.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Required Skills:
      • 10+ years of experience in content operations, project management, or related fields.
      • Strong project management skills, including coordination of multiple initiatives across regions.
      • Proficient in using Adobe Workfront to manage content projects and streamline workflows.
      • Advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis and dashboard creation.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience in optimizing content operations and workflows for global companies.
      • Familiarity with Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks.
