Enterprise Application Specialist

This role involves working with a global technology provider to support their enterprise application environment. Key responsibilities include understanding and supporting all core Dynamics AX modules, debugging existing customizations, and extracting and transforming data from Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • • Understand and support all core Dynamics AX modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management (IM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Projects.
  • • Debug existing AX customizations and trace business logic in X++ and SQL.
  • • Extract and transform data from Microsoft SQL Server and write complex SQL queries for reporting and migration.
  • • Perform pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality and create documentation for SQL processes, data mappings, and validation steps.

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
  • • Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture, MS SQL Server, and query optimization.
  • • Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation, as well as solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
