Senior AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Solutions Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing industrial-grade AI solutions that can process large amounts of data, identify patterns, and make decisions based on that information.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing AI systems that can process large amounts of data, identify patterns, and make decisions based on that information. They will also ensure that the AI systems are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

About the Role
  • This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on innovative projects that drive business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vector databases, BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, and evaluation methods.
  • They will also have experience with MLOps/SRE, including versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, cost/perf trade-offs.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop industrial-grade AI solutions using Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  2. Develop and implement knowledge architecture and retrieval systems that can process large amounts of data and provide accurate results.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that meet business needs.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to integrate AI systems with existing infrastructure and ensure seamless integration.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, implementation plans, and testing strategies.
  6. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality code.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in building production AI/ML or search systems, with 3+ enterprise deployments end-to-end.
  • Expertise in Python 3.11+, SQL, and systems thinking and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS), BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, and evaluation methods.
  • MLOps/SRE: versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, cost/perf trade-offs.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to turn complex data into reliable software.
