Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team at SI2 Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to drive business growth and success.

This role requires a strategic approach to recruitment, with a focus on building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. You will be working closely with our leadership team to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, with expertise in sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and data analysis. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates, conduct initial screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Operations: Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensure timely follow-up with candidates, and facilitate background checks and reference verifications as needed.
  • HR Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific hiring practices.
