Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in spearheading our enterprise's compliance programs, audits, data protection initiatives, and ensuring third-party security risks are effectively identified and mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures that align with industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and drive comprehensive risk treatment/mitigation plans to safeguard the organization's assets.
  • Support security audits and ensure timely closure of findings, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor compliance with frameworks/standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with security engineering and SOC teams on remediation of vulnerabilities, incident response, and security enhancements.
  • Contribute to cross-functional security initiatives requiring governance, technical, and operational alignment, fostering a cohesive team environment.
  • Provide training and awareness on security to drive a security-aware culture within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security or related field is required.

4–6 years of experience in Information Security roles with focus on GRC, Data Protection, and TPRM is essential.

Strong understanding of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) is mandatory.

Experience conducting risk assessments, vendor due diligence, and compliance reviews is highly desirable.

Good knowledge of data protection principles, privacy laws, and security best practices is expected.

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, CIPM, or CRISC are advantageous.

Experience with GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, or similar) is highly desirable.

Knowledge of cloud security and SaaS vendor risk assessments is beneficial.
