Advanced Automation Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Lead QA Test Automation Engineer SDET to join our team. This is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing automated tests, creating test cases, and performing manual testing as needed.
The successful candidate will collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality and address any issues identified during testing. Additionally, they will be involved in designing and implementing quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing automated tests using various frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, webdriverIO, or Appium.
- Creating test cases and performing manual testing as needed.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure software quality.
- Designing and implementing quality assurance processes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in automation Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, and using and creating Test Cases.
- Ability to build testing automation framework from scratch and integration with CI/CD pipeline.
- Proficiency in Software Testing and understanding of Software Development principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is mandatory.
- Ability to present QA Automation solutions to customers and leadership.
- Experience with eCommerce and CRM in an enterprise setting.
