SAP FICO Financial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP FICO modules, designing and implementing solutions for SAP RAR, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, etc.)
  • Design and implement solutions for SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Handle system configuration, testing, and issue resolution
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
  • Conduct user training and documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and projects

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record to Report)
  • Experience with integration between FICO and other SAP modules (Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, etc.)
  • Good understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
