Job Opportunity:

  • We are looking for a skilled Python AI/ML specialist to design, develop, and implement robust backend software solutions utilizing Python, with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks, often serving AI-powered features.
  • Responsibilities include building responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
  • This role requires leveraging the Azure cloud platform (or similar) for application development and deployment, demonstrating expertise in cloud and AI/ML specific cloud services.
  • A key aspect of this position is architecting and implementing Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to enhance model capabilities and provide context-aware responses.
  • The successful candidate will work with and integrate various Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimal model selection.
  • This role involves developing and orchestrating Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including AI Researchers and Data Scientists, is crucial to translate cutting-edge research into impactful, deployable solutions.

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement, particularly in the AI/ML domain.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex challenges independently, especially in areas like AI model integration and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience in developing AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
  • Familiarity with or direct experience in building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
  • Experience with or keen interest in Agentic AI and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to work both independently, taking ownership of tasks, and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
