Job Title: Senior Windows Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our Windows Server environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Windows Server Expertise

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of Windows Server setup, Active Directory design, DNS/DHCP configuration, Group Policy management, and PowerShell automation.

  • Active Directory Design and Management: You should have experience in designing and implementing secure Active Directory environments, including user/group management, replication, and password policies.
  • Powershell Automation: We require excellent knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation, including generating reports, performing bulk operations, and automating tasks.
  • Patch and Security Management: Your expertise in implementing WSUS/SCCM, NTFS, firewall configurations, antivirus software, and backup solutions is essential.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: You should be familiar with Veeam, Windows Backup, and recovery planning to minimize downtime.
  • Virtualization: Experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization technologies is necessary.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: You should be able to leverage SCOM, Event Viewer, and PerfMon to identify and resolve issues.
  • Storage and RDS Deployment: Configuration of RAID, iSCSI, and RDS deployment is required.
  • Certificates and Compliance: Management of PKI, SSL certificates, and audit policies to ensure compliance is crucial.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in Windows administration with experience in cloud computing on Azure.
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Ability to design and implement secure Active Directory environments.
  • Proven track record of managing patch and security updates.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V and VMware.
