Job Description

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with end users and the systems team to understand system processes, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot issues effectively. The selected individual will execute key system processes that support month-end accounting activities, reconcile financial and system data to ensure accuracy and integrity, and gather, analyze, and document functional business requirements and processes.

In this role, you will configure, test, and support financial systems for enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations. You will also develop and execute detailed test scripts to validate system functionality and performance, and accurately manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will create comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions to end users, performing other duties as assigned by management.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle applications, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of system implementation lifecycle and financial application architecture is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively analyze and independently resolve issues are required.
  • Quick learner with the capability to adapt to new technologies and processes is desired.
  • Proficiency in SQL or relevant query technology is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
