Program Advisor Job Description

As a Program Advisor, you will contact warm leads for programs via phone and email to consult potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.

Program Advisors sell with a student-first mentality, providing white glove service, helping the potential student make an informed decision, and advising them as if they were your family and friends.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Advising career changers on how our world-class education can help launch them into a high growth career
  • Building and managing a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs
  • Providing in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email
  • Guiding learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in International Edtech markets
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Growth Mindset and ability to implement feedback
