Job Title: BIM Technician

We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows with a strong ability to manage and coordinate detailed models.

  • Develop and manage complex BIM models with high accuracy and LOD 350+ .
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration.
  • Create parametric Revit families as per project scope.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as a BIM Technician, with strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools. A solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows is essential. Experience working on industrial projects is highly desirable.

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
