About the Role

The Boston Institute of Analytics seeks a seasoned and persuasive academic counsellor to drive admissions for its flagship CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) training program. This position will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments through a structured sales process, leveraging various communication channels such as phone calls, video meetings, and face-to-face interactions.

  • Counsel students via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings to provide expert guidance and support.\
  • Develop and execute a strategic approach to convert incoming leads into enrolled students, adhering to the company's established sales process.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student interactions, enrollment progress, and conversion rates.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all stages of the recruitment cycle.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in educational technology to continuously enhance the quality of services provided.\
  • Foster strong relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication.\
  • Participate in regular feedback sessions, professional development workshops, and other opportunities to refine skills and expand knowledge in areas relevant to the role.\
