Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to provide support for brand building initiatives across various product areas under the portfolio. This encompasses creative thinking, data analysis, and executional support to help the brand achieve its business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Insight: Understanding the target audience, their triggers, and barriers, as well as the competitive landscape.
  2. Product Development: Assisting in communication development across touchpoints such as product display pages, D2C stores, CRM interactions, marketplaces, etc.
  3. Communication Strategy: Assisting in managing all consumer touchpoints including social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, etc.
  4. Data Analysis: Driving measurement and learning for various marketing initiatives.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with relevant stakeholders across the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  6. Offline Market Understanding: Conducting market visits to track offline business health metrics like distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, primary and secondary revenue, visibility, and planogramming.
  7. Other Activities: Supporting portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product/therapy success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience handling Offline channel business is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about building a consumer brand.
